We had a lot of different options when it came to choose a school. Southwest Chicago Christian was our first and last stop because we were so impressed from the moment we set foot on campus. It feels like home.

Knowing God has called me to teach young kindergarteners gives me great joy and purpose. Each day I look forward to exploring God’s incredible creation with the precious children God has placed in my classroom.

The community at Southwest Chicago Christian is great. The saying, “It takes a village to raise a child” -- it’s true here. Everyone is working towards that same goal.

Students demonstrate a curiosity for learning. I love encouraging that curiosity. It’s exciting to see their interest expand to things they didn’t think they wanted to learn about, or things they didn’t think they could learn about.
